Souradeep is a highly skilled mineral exploration project manager and mining consultant having extensive working experiences with different Indian and International organizations. Souradeep is a QCI-NABET accredited Project Coordinator (Mineral Exploration) and a Member of Mining Engineers Association of India (MMEAI) and his rich global experiences in different facets of greenfield and brownfield exploration projects include detailed geological mapping, exploration planning and management, drilling supervision, core logging and sampling, QAQC, mineral resource estimation and preparation of JORC/Indian MEMC Rules compliant technical reports. Souradeep has also worked in several desktop and field based mine due diligence projects for wide range of commodities. He has worked in diverse geological settings and in different mineralisation styles at various locations across India and in other countries such as DR Congo, Gabon, Togo, Somaliland, Mali, Iran, Turkey, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka etc. for different commodities such as iron ore, bauxite, copper, gold, coal, limestone, chrome, lead-zinc, heavy mineral sand and aggregates. He is conversant in advanced GIS and exploration data processing softwares such as Geosoft Target, AutoCAD, Global Mapper, Surpac etc.

Prabir has two decades of global experiences in large scale mineral exploration projects with a strong background in iron ore, diamond, base metals, gold, nickel-cobalt-chrome, REE and bauxite. Having worked with International organisations such as Rio Tinto, Fugro, BMRC etc, his expertise encompasses project generation, due diligence study and project assessment, greenfield and brownfield exploration, feasibility study for infrastructure development in remote areas, training and quality control, exploration software, database management and resource evaluation. He led the teams that have few successful global discoveries like Bunder Kimberlites and Kodaideri detrital iron for RioTinto and Avima Iron ore for Core Mining to their credit. He also led priority mineral exploration and expansion programs in India and also in different countries such as RCongo, DR Congo, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Uganda, Australia, Spain, Armenia, Oman etc.

Steffen, a South Africa based Professional Geologist, has 4 decades of extensive experiences in brownfields and greenfield mineral exploration, mineral deposit and resource evaluation, preparation of JORC/NI 43-101 reports for copper, cobalt, gold, lead-zinc, diamond, PGE, industrial minerals etc in various African countries such as Zimbabwe, DR Congo, Namibia, Zambia, Mozambique, Guinea, Botswana, Malawi, Togo, Rwanda etc and also in Peru, South America. He is specialised in shear hosted gold, pegmatites, Archean greenstone belts, vein and sediment-hosted base metal deposits. Steffen has nearly a decade of experiences in mine geology management in South Africa, Zimbabwe and DR Congo. Steffen is a Director of Hidden Treasure Consulting based in South Africa and is also acting as a technical advisor for iron and base metal exploration in Cameroon, CP for Nigerian government sponsored lead-zinc, Barium and iron ore exploration.

Dr Mylappally K Devarajan has more than 3 decades of rich experiences in detailed mineral exploration surveys, geological resource estimation using advanced modeling softwares and preparation of JORC compliant technical reports for different mineral commodities and at different geological terrains in India and different other countries. He served Geological survey of India 17 years and completed some important projects such as geological studies and site selection for Jaitapur nuclear power plant, India, target selection and exploration at Malanjhkhand Porphyry copper deposit, India etc. Moving into private sector in 2006, Devarajan led different large exploration projects such as detailed gold exploration at Lake Victoria Goldfield in Tanzania, Detailed gold exploration and feasibility study at Jonnagiri, India, planning and execution of gold exploration at Bamako, Mali, Detailed bauxite exploration in Eastern Ghats Bauxite belt, India etc. He has also carried out deposit assessment for base metals, iron ore etc. Devarajan is specialized in the exploration of gold, base metals, iron ore and bauxite and he is well versed in geological resource modeling with Datamine software.

Manoj has around 4 decades of extensive and international experiences in mining industry as a professional Geologist and Consultant. He has served various Indian and international companies such as AIMIL Ltd, Hindustan Zinc Limited (Vedanta Group), CAE Mining (Datamine International) limited etc. and has led different projects that involved detailed exploration, resource evaluation and modeling of various mineral deposits of lead, zinc, copper, gold, iron, rock phosphate, tin, tungsten and limestone for investment decision, quality assessment, forecast and control employing statistical and geostatistical techniques, planning for optimised productivity, planning and execution of utility surveys involving data collection, managing and supervision of large scale exploration projects etc. Manoj is an advanced user of Datamine software and he has managed projects involving ore body modelling, Geological Resource estimation, mine planning and grade scheduling for different commodities and was involved in different training programs of advanced ore body modeling softwares.

Senthil has more than 3 decades of extensive experiences in planning, management and execution of mineral exploration surveys at different geological terrains all over India as a Scientific Officer (Geology) of Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research (AMD) under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. Senthil is expert in target generation and multi-disciplinary integrated approach of airborne and ground exploration surveys for different mineral commodities specially atomic minerals, Rare Metals and REE. His key experiences include survey and exploration for atomic minerals in different areas of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, Prospecting in the various alkaline complexes of Tamil Nadu, Bhuj sandstones in Kutch Region, Gujarat and dolostones of Kadapa Basin, Andhra Pradesh. Senthil also Led the team that discovered the sole uranium deposit in the state of Maharashtra associated with Middle Proterozoic conglomerate and arkosic sandstone.

Anthony is a South Africa based, result oriented, multi-skilled Consulting Metallurgist with a Higher National Diploma in Extractive Metallurgy from the University of Johannesburg and over 20 years of rich international working experiences. He has extensive experiences in plant commissioning, planning and execution, bench scale and pilot plant studies, operational management, process investigation and test work, plant de-bottlenecking, optimization and troubleshooting, operations audits for site and corporate management, flow sheet development and plant design and hands-on operating experience as a foreman, plant/senior metallurgist, plant superintendent and metallurgical manager. Anthony has delivered commercial process outcomes at different locations across Australia, Asia, Africa, China, the Middle East, North and Central America, FSU and the EU and for different commodities such as copper, cobalt, gold, tin, diamond, titanium etc. He is recognised as an expert in his field due to his strategic, action orientated and abilities to manage and lead several projects.

Aubrey, a Zambia based Geophysicist, has around 3 decades of professional experiences in geophysical surveys for mineral and groundwater exploration. Aubrey and his team have successfully completed around 30 projects involving ground geophysical surveys (IP, resistivity, magnetic, gravity, electromagnetic, radiometric etc) for exploration of base metals, gold, manganese, diamond etc at various locations in the African continent such as Zambia, Namibia, DR Congo, Tanzania and for renowned organizations such as Zambian Geological Surveys, Glencore, De Beers, Vedanta, RAK Minerals & Metals, NMDC, First Quantum etc.
SANTOSH KUMAR RANU, BSC (CHEMISTRY), BE (MINING)
Principal Advisor - Mining
Santosh has 3 and half decades of vast experiences in mining with specialization in coal and he also has a First Class Competency Certificate (FCC). He served Coal India Limited (CIL), a Government of India owned coal mining and refining corporation and the largest coal producing company in the world. He worked with MCL, SECL and other subsidiaries of CIL in different positions from Asst Manager to Dy Manager to Sub Area Manager and he retired as General Manger-Mines. He was posted in different coal mining projects of CIL such as Dipka, Gevra, Rajnagar, Bharatpur, Hirakhand Bundia, Balgi Surakachar, Bisrampur, Manikpur and Hasdeo. His experiences and expertise include mine planning, mine infrastructure development, development in mine productivity and despatch, mines safety, mine mechanization etc. He was also posted in SECL headquarters and significantly contributed in improving productivity, quality control and mass mechanization of the mines.

Enak has also worked in oversees exploration project such as geological mapping for manganese in Zimbabwe, geological resource estimation and mine scheduling for limestone in Fujeirah, UAE and studies of different coal blocks in Australia, Canada and Russia.

Raja is also an expert in ceramic, refractory and industrial minerals and he worked with renowned Indian and international organizations such as Hindustan National Glass and Saint Gobain Ceramic Ltd and he has successfully executed reconnaissance target selection, exploration, processing, supply chain management, production planning, operations management, performance management, vendor management, liasoning with Govt departments etc. for different producing units and mines of quartz, silica sand, feldspar and dolomite at different states of India and abroad.

Deepshikha is a Consulting Geologist and Remote Sensing/GIS specialist having expertise in processing of satellite data and in advanced remote sensing techniques. She has been a research fellow of National Remote Sensing Center under the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and she is proficient in using high resolution multi-spectral and hyperspectral imageries such as Landsat, CartoSat, Sentinel, Aster, LISS III, LISS IV, Planetscope, Envisat, Worldview etc. to map and delineate the structural lineaments, litho units, geomorphology, mineral alterations, detection of gossans, quartz reefs/veins, hydrothermal alterations, identification of potential zones and target identification for mineral exploration.
