One of the largest business houses in India engaged us to carry out a reconnaissance survey covering different districts of Rajasthan to identify the mining leases and potential deposit areas of high grade quartz, quartzite and silica sand. A team of experts in ceramic and refractory minerals carried out the assigned studies that involved the following-

Desktop Studies and Database Creation – Literature surveys and acquiring data from public domain and from mining offices of the State Govt to create a database of mining leases of quartz and silica sand for identification of target areas.

GeoRocks team is presently managing two exploration projects (G2 & G1) at two different iron ore mines in Odisha and Jharkhand for a Public Sector Company under the Government of India. The assigned studies involve the following-

GEOCHEMICAL SAMPLING AND GEOLOGICAL MAPPING FOR BASE METAL EXPLORATION IN TANZANIA, EAST AFRICA




GeoRocks globally experienced mineral exploration team has recently completed a preliminary exploration at a base metal concession in Tanzania. The activities included the following:

Geochemical Sampling – Systematic grid-based soil sampling for identification of geochemical anomalies related to deep seated base metal mineralisation. Random bedrock samples are also being collected for litho-geochemical analysis.
